The Apartments on Second Street a charming six story brick building, was Executive Properties, Inc.’s first building and is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Cuyahoga Falls. Easy access to Route 8 is convenient for our residents for their daily commutes. A squeaky clean environment thanks to the full time manager and maintenance staff.
Portage Trail East stands a majestic ten stories tall on a tree-filled hill on Portage Trail, also in Cuyahoga Falls. Also has easy access to Route 8. One of the many options is bicycle storage offered as an alternative for our residents.
Tallmadge Oaks are our garden-style apartments, situated on 12 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds near historic Tallmadge Circle. Tallmadge Oaks offers an open floor plan living space that combines park like surroundings with city conveniences.
Seven Stories West borders Sand Run Metro park and enjoys the view of a wooded ravine from each private balcony, as well as both sunrise and sunset from each apartment. This building is just minutes from I-76 and I-77.
The Highland Square is a cosmopolitan ten story community located in the heart of vibrant and artsy Highland Square. Our newly-equipped fitness center is available 24/7, just one more way we provide hassle-free living for our residents.
Highland Towers is our newest addition, as of April of 2006. Highland Towers boasts large, open floor planned 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with 1-2 full baths, up to 1540 sq. ft. of living comfort! The panoramic view from Highland Towers is a “must-see.”
