• Top of the line maintenance and management.
• Very quiet and well laid out.
• Up to date kitchens and baths.
• New or newer carpeting and tile floors.
• On the "rounder" bus stop to and from Chapel Hill. Good for seniors, or students to transfer to schools.
• Very good mix of tenants, no one should feel displaced.
