Corporate Leadership Team:
General Manager, Robert Bozsik
Robert Bozsik, General Manager of Executive Properties Inc., is responsible for generating cost savings, increasing quality and improving customer service experiences for potential and current residents of six multi-family residential properties, representing over 600 individual apartment units. During his years as General Manager he has implemented cost savings initiatives in overhead that include updating heat sources to a heat pump technology at three of the properties and streamlining corporate office policy and processes. Additionally, he has been responsible for restructuring of personnel and improving benefits for employees.
Robert has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. As a senior buyer/supply chain management analyst with nearly 20 years of domestic and international experience in purchasing and supply chain logistics, he has a proven track record of increasing value and maintaining consistent quality service.
Robert is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Flory Aldea, Portage Trail East Apartments
Flory Aldea, a native of Romania, has been with Executive Properties since 2008 as the Residential Property Manager of Portage Trail East Apartments in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
In her native country, Flory earned her Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering and in the States, she added to her knowledge base in Real Estate and Financial Advising at Hondros College.
Flory came to Executive Properties after a very successful career in sales and banking. She brings more than 20 years of experience and academics to her current position.
Kathy Lloyd, Seven Stores West
Kathy Lloyd has been with Executive Properties since 1989 when she joined the Tallmadge Oaks team as a part-time housekeeper. Soon she was promoted to Property Manager where she continued to excel for the next 10 years.
Kathy was transferred to her current property, Seven Stories West, in 1999 to address a serious vacancy rate. She was very successful at bringing the property to full occupancy.
Today she manages the maintenance and housekeeping teams, handles all leasing transactions and secures the procurement of resources. Kathy has recently been responsible for assisting City leadership in developing a neighborhood block watch, of which she is now the Captain.
Terry Watson, Tallmadge Oaks
Terry Watson’s experience includes the entire life cycle of property management. He has participated in due diligence, recruitment of personnel, market research, procurement of resources and services including the administrative tasks of account management. His property management experience covers everything from maintenance management of over 800 units to risk mitigation and portfolio assessment of a property’s worth.
Terry continues to exercise his direct property management experience at Tallmadge Oaks. His 25 plus years of experience brings a wealth of knowledge to Executive Properties Inc. and offers residents the assurance of a well managed and secure living environment.
He is certified as a Manager of Housing and also a Manager of Maintenance through the National Center for Housing Management. His other certifications include EPA Universal HVAC and Preventative Maintenance, ensuring that a speedy and accurate response to all maintenance requests is completed by the on-site maintenance team.
Mary Lou Futej Fields, The Apartments on Second Street
Mary Lou Futej Fields property management experience began in 1996. Over the years, she has worked at three property communities in the northeastern Ohio area. She joined the Executive Properties team in 2015 and now is the Property Manager at The Apartments on Second Street in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Mary Lou attended Cuyahoga Community College and studied Small Business Administration. Her education and extensive property management knowledge have contributed to her excellent customer service, outstanding sales initiative, her ability at successfully maintaining full occupancy, and guaranteeing quick and accurate responses to all tenants’ maintenance requests.
Throughout her 19 plus years as a property manager, Mary Lou has received numerous Resident Retention Awards.
During Mary Lou’s free time, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren and is an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
